MENTOR in Culture is an Erasmus+ accredited organisation in the field of Adult Education, creating European mobility opportunities for adult learners, professionals and staff.
Through its Erasmus+ Accreditation, MENTOR integrates learning mobility, lifelong learning and European cooperation into its long-term strategy, developing activities that connect education with culture, cultural heritage, creativity and participation.
Erasmus+ Accreditation enables MENTOR to regularly implement funded learning mobility activities across Europe, allowing participants to develop new knowledge and skills, explore different practices and build connections with European organisations and professionals.
For MENTOR, each Erasmus+ mobility is part of a broader learning process. The aim is for the knowledge, experiences and partnerships developed through mobility to create lasting value for participants, the organisation and the communities it works with.

Depending on the activity, programmes may include workshops, field visits, peer learning, job shadowing, cultural and creative labs, site-based learning experiences, cooperation with local organisations and exchanges of good practices.
Depending on each open call, MENTOR's Erasmus+ mobility opportunities may be addressed to adult learners, professionals from the cultural and creative sectors, artists, educators, cultural heritage and cultural management professionals, community practitioners, emerging professionals, as well as MENTOR staff and collaborators.
Particular emphasis is placed on creating accessible and equitable opportunities for people facing economic, social, geographical, linguistic or other barriers to participation.
Specific eligibility and selection criteria are defined separately for each mobility opportunity and are included in the relevant open call.

An Adult Education programme developed by MENTOR, comprising two preparatory learning sessions, a five-day Erasmus+ group mobility in Larnaka, and one follow-up session focused on evaluation and application of the learning outcomes after participants return.
The programme is addressed to professionals working within Municipalities and Regional Authorities and focuses on cultural strategy, European partnerships, citizen participation and European Capital of Culture preparation.
